Core Class: Spiritual Formation
Core Classes cover the three core subjects that we believe every Christian should grow in throughout their lifetime. Those subjects are the Christian Story (Bible), Christian Belief (Doctrine), and Spiritual Formation (Practices). These courses are one of the primary avenues for you to learn what it means to Abide with Jesus, Be Transformed by Jesus, and Imitate Jesus. Our third Core Class will discuss spiritual formation and what it means to pursue the full life that Jesus said he came to give (John 10:10).
Class structure
Participants will be challenged to engage in weekly formational practices and reading, which should only take 60-90 minutes each week. Then, men and women will gather around tables to discuss what they learned and how they might apply God’s truth to their lives. Finally, there will be weekly teaching on the session’s topic.
Cost
